QRP on the Patio

Today after everyone left I worked on the patio misting system for the dogs. After I got it all patched up I thought it would be great to do a little qrp on 40.
So I set up my SST-40, my ZM@ and my Code Mite with the AA batteries.

Here's the photo.

SST to the ZM2 on battery

I had my SST through the zm2 to my slinky ant in the attic running 1 watt out. This was my first qso with the speedx bug and my bug tamer from Vibroplex. I recieved teh tamer this week, its a great addon for us slow wannabe bug users.

No 600 Delux

This is my MCelroy key. I will not say what I paid for this but I am the second owner if you do not count the SK's son who had no use for it.
There are no holes from a tag, metal or otherwise, this key has only ever had the small stricker as its identifier.

Tom from http://www.artifaxbooks.com/mcelroy.htm said its a 600, thanks Tom for the info.

My First Key

Many years back (say 1967) I was at the Englishtown Auction with that months fortune. I bought this key, the best I recall is it came from a railroad station that was torn down. At that time I had a realistic DX-16o and dreamed of my amateur license.

Any ideas on the history of this key?
